Thank you for shopping at Mena Ganey Art. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any Goods that You purchased with Us.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Order cancellation rights are provided to You as follows:

  • Newly submitted Orders in a “pending” status and have NOT shipped may be cancelled for a full refund within (24) hours of receipt of order confirmation. Any orders past this initial (24) hour period and/or have shipped will require You to contact Us first to request order cancellation. All requests for cancellation or refunds must meet all conditions as outlined in Conditions for Returns.

  • Goods received by You that are either defective or damaged may be automatically exchanged for the same product at no additional costs or shipping charges.

  • For Goods damaged in transit (shipping), We will replace the Order and process any shipper damage claims. To process your request, You must provide digital photographs that clearly show the defect or damage to the packaging and/or Goods within (7) days of delivery. We will replace the Order and Goods upon receipt of the photographic verification of damage. Failure to comply to this policy will result in forfeiting your right for order cancellation and/or a full refund.

  • All order cancellation and/or refunds for Goods received expire after (30) days of receipt of the physical Goods by You or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier and has taken possession of the Goods delivered.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last (30) days from the date on the receipt of purchase

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned if:

  • The supply of Goods were purchased past (30) days from the date on the receipt of purchase

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send all Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We will reimburse You no later than (14) business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. Orders cancelled prior to fulfillment and shipping will automatically be refunded within (3) to (5) business days. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If You do not receive the refunds within the time frames provided, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
