  • All prints currently come in 12 x 12 with an additional 1-inch white border to allow for customers the option to have their prints framed. Note that some specific prints come in slightly larger sizes due to the larger size of the original paintings. Each print listed in our online store will have information on the current available size.

  • We can offer custom sizes for most of our online prints, just contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help! We’re working with our partner ecosystem to offer up the ability to choose custom sizes directly from the online store in the near future.

  • All prints currently come printed on beautiful premium archival matte paper. If you’re interested in a different format, just contact us directly and we’ll be happy to see if we can provide another option. We’re working with our partner ecosystem to provide other formats and mediums as an option via the online store in the near future.

  • We do not currently offer any framing options. We’re working with our partner ecosystem to provide this as an option via the online store in the near future.

  • All of our prints are custom made to order. As a result, average order processing shipping time is typically 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order till it arrives at your door. Some orders may take longer depending on volume, availability or other supply-chain delays within our partner and affiliate network. If you have any need for large quantity orders or different shipping options, contact us directly and we’ll be happy help!

  • Our online store currently accepts all major credits cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Venmo electronic payment services. All online payments are signed and secured to ensure the highest security in payment information processing. If you have any issues with any of these online payment services, just contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help with processing your order payment!

  • We want to make sure our customers are delighted with their prints. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, click here to read through our Returns & Refunds Policy on options for returning or refunding your order. If you still have questions or concerns, contact us directly for further assistance.

  • We use cardboard shipping tubes to help ensure your custom prints are well protected during shipping. To help eliminate the “roll” from the print, find a nice clean flat surface and simply lay the print on the surface for a few days. Within 2-3 days the paper will naturally “relax” and become straight again.

  • Absolutely! Click here to read through our Returns & Refund Policy for information on how to submit a claim for a defective or damaged print.

  • The unique settings of your computer monitor (or mobile device) used to view products on our site can sometimes alter or skew what you see vs the actual colors of the original paintings and the final print product. We take extreme care and attention to detail in our photo imaging and printing process to ensure as close to 100% accuracy for the final print products. If for some reason you’re still not satisfied or believe the colors of your final print order doesn’t look right, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it further.

  • They absolutely do! Each print comes with its own COA (Certificate of Authenticity) which contains it’s unique ID. You’ll find it on a 4x6 card that comes with your custom print. Make sure to look for it before disposing of the shipping material!

  • We currently don’t support international orders through our online store. However, you can contact us directly if you are an international customer, or would like to have an order shipped to an international location.

  • We do not currently offer a recurring subscription service at this time. Please check back again as we’re working on adding this service option in the near future.
